Fees & rebates
Client eligibility
Currently accepting referrals for people 14 years and above under a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) or NDIS.
* Clients do not need a Mental Health Care Plan for treatment; however, without one, you will not receive the Medicare rebate.
Individual Therapy Fees
Fees vary depending on the service you are seeking.

Initial Appointment for all new clients - $220 (90 min)

Standard appointment – $180 (50 min)

EMDR reprocessing appointment - $230 (up to 90 min)
The current Medicare rebate is $81.90
To calculate the “out of pocket” cost of your appointment, simply do this sum. Appointment cost – Medicare rebate = Out of pocket expense. ie $180 - $81.90 = $98.10
Rebates for Medicare are processed at the time of your appointment and refunds should be received within 24 hours back into your nominated bank account.
After Hours Consultation
$200.00 per 50 minute consultation from 5pm onwards
Tele-health Appointments
Fees are the same as for face-to-face sessions

Policy
Cancellations
Clients will be sent a text 48 hours prior to the appointment and must respond to confirm their attendance. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled. Cancellations 24 hours prior are free of charge. All on the day cancellations will incur an $80 fee.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of your session. We accept cash and credit card.
We have facilities to process your Medicare rebates back into the bank account of your choice. This makes claiming very easy and means that you do not need to visit a Medicare office.

Rebates
Medicare Rebates
Holders of a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) are eligible to receive a Medicare Rebate of $81.90 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
A Mental Health Care Plan is prepared by your GP when seeking help regarding your mental health. Your GP will forward your MHCP to a provider (i.e. Little Window Wellness) along with a referral. It is recommended to make a long appointment when visiting your GP to obtain a MHCP.
After 6 psychological therapy appointments under a MHCP you are required to return to the GP for a MHCP review and an additional 4 sessions will be made available by Medicare.
