Clients must be 14 years or older. Not currently accepting referrals for children under 14yo.
New Client Consultation
$220 for up to a 1.5 hour consultation
Or $138.10 if eligible for Medicare Rebate - refer below
Standard Consultation
$180.00 per 50 minute consultation
Or $98.10 if eligible for Medicare Rebate - refer below
After Hours Consultation
$200.00 per 50 minute consultation from 5pm onwards
Or $118.10 if eligible for Medicare Rebate.

Tele-health Appointments
Fees are the same as for face-to-face sessions
Health Care Card holders
$160 Initial consultation. Or $78.10 if eligible for Medicare Rebate

Policy
Cancellations
Clients will be sent a text 48 hours prior to the appointment and must respond to confirm their attendance. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled. Cancellations 24 hours prior are free of charge. All on the day cancellations will incur an $80 fee.

Rebates
Medicare Rebates
Holders of a current Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) are eligible to receive a Medicare Rebate of $81.90 per session for up to 10 sessions per calendar year.
A Mental Health Care Plan is prepared by your GP when seeking help regarding your mental health. Your GP will forward your MHCP to a provider (i.e. Little Window Wellness) along with a referral. It is recommended to make a long appointment when visiting your GP to obtain a MHCP.
After 6 psychological therapy appointments under a MHCP you are required to return to the GP for a MHCP review and an additional 4 sessions will be made available by Medicare.
Private Health Insurance - discuss prior to booking.
Depending on level of cover, some or all of the session cost may be claimed on private health insurance. Please note that payment for consultation will be required upfront. An invoice will then be provided.
You can use this invoice to claim your entitlement directly through your insurance provider.
